The site may collect an email address for Express Entry alerts, along with limited technical data related to site operation, search, and abuse prevention. The site does not ask for a full immigration file or sensitive document set in normal use.
Email addresses are used to send Express Entry draw alerts and, when a user signs up for the first time, a welcome email. Technical data supports search, API operation, and basic protections such as rate limiting.
Email alerts are an information service. They are meant to flag when a new official Express Entry draw is published. Each alert email can include an unsubscribe link. Emails come from a send-only address and should not be treated as a case-advice or representation inbox.
The site uses third-party technical services for email delivery, limited data storage, hosting, and some search or AI functionality. These services are used to operate the product, not to resell personal data.
Alert data is kept as long as it remains useful to the service, unless a user unsubscribes or asks for a reasonable removal. Technical data may also be retained temporarily for operation, logging, or abuse prevention.
You can unsubscribe directly from alert emails. For correction, removal, or privacy questions, use the business email shown on the Contact page.
